    For made-to-order items, our standard lead time is 6-12 weeks, as production begins only after we receive full payment. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you when it’s ready to ship.

  • Yes, we can provide samples of most of our standard finishes and fabrics. To request a sample, please email us at in.touch@furnobject.com with the details of what you need.

    Please note: the cost of samples varies depending on the material, and shipping fees will apply. We will send you a detailed invoice once we confirm your request.

  • Yes, we offer customization options, provided they align with the product's original concept. For most metal items, we can adjust dimensions and offer alternative finishes. Glass items can be customized with additional shades, and upholstery items with a variety of fabric options.

    We also occasionally design bespoke pieces for specific projects. Please email us with the details, and we’ll be happy to explore how we can assist.

  • Yes, our products come with a one-year warranty covering any mechanical defects or technical failures, provided all care and use instructions outlined in the product passport are followed. The product passport can be found on our website on each product's page or inside the packaging upon delivery.

    Please note, the warranty does not cover:

    • Natural changes or patina on the surface of unsealed metals

    • Damage caused by improper care or cleaning products

    • Damage resulting from exposure to weather or environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors

    • Damage from improper installation

    • Typical wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and stains

    If you encounter an issue with your product, please contact us, and we will repair or replace it as necessary.

  • All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our workshop. If you discover any defects upon receiving your item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue.

    For damages that occurred during shipment, it is essential to retain the original packaging to ensure the claim can be successfully processed. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by repairing or replacing the damaged item.
