SHIPPING

  • We deliver international parcels via DHL. As participants of DHL's GoGreen Plus program, we are committed to delivering your orders with reduced carbon emissions, supporting sustainable shipping practices.

    Shipping times and costs for international orders may vary depending on your location, as well as the size and weight of your order. Please note that some items may be subject to import taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

    We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 20 days for processing and shipping.

  • We offer free delivery throughout Ukraine on all orders. Your purchase will be delivered within 5 days of placing your order.

  • We use reliable shipping carriers and provide tracking information for your convenience.

    If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

  • If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Returns are accepted only if you provide a valid reason for the return, such as a malfunction or defect.

  • We generally do not accept returns unless there are urgent reasons beyond those described in the product passport. You can report a return only upon receipt of the product and must provide evidence supporting your claim. Please note that you do not have 30 days to initiate a return; returns must be reported immediately upon receiving the product.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on our products. If you've followed the instructions in the product passport and experience any issues within this period, please feel free to contact us. We're here to help resolve any problems you may encounter.
